Put in, or clean up, a built in barbecue grill. Degrease an old one and rinse it off. Repaint it with heat resistance BBQ or Woodstove paint made to withstand the temperatures. Different colors are available and you choose one that matches the new shutters or the color of the house’s exterior paint. This will make a nice addition to the backyard. Finish, clean, and paint a patio or eating area and you have a place for your buyers to entertain guests.
